Very Funny to watch, and in my opinion, funnier than the original concept.

The scenes, as written, are not funny unless shown in their correct order. When watched your way, the punchlines come at the beginning of each scene, but their setups occur at the end of the following scenes. How funny is that? Think about George's Something's not sitting well/Clams Casino bit. If shown in chronological order, that's not even a joke, and the timing within the scenes would make no sense at all. Or Elaine's "India? Yeah right." line at the end would have been unnecessary if uttered at the beginning. And the scenes of Jerry moving in, of and meeting George and Susan at the coffee shop would have been entirely superfluous. Jeez, there's plenty of other examples.

I agree entirely! The reverse editing is what makes it so unique and witty. Plus, the reverse timeframe confuses the numb TV watcher and forces him to utter an un-inspired monosyllabic "uh? i dont get it, it sucks", which, in itself, is worth a million episodes.
