ELAINE'S CUTEST LINES

We've discussed George's funniest lines. How about listing some of Elaine's cutest lines...lines delivered by the Dreyfus which accentuate her adorableness.

One of my favorites is the label maker/re-gifter episode. I found it extremely cute when she says 'label baby...baby'.

The by far best Elaine line is in the Juji Friut episode, at the end when she says "but they're juji fruits.... I like them"

When she admits to Jerry that she faked her orgasms, and he asks her a bunch of questions, and she says "Fake, fake, fake, fake!"

Jerry: "What will Holly be serving?" Elaine: "I don't know, but I'll bet it had parents!"

Discussing Elaine's date with a friend of Jerry's, who "took it out:" Jerry: "I've known him for years! How could this be?" Elaine: "Oh, it be!"

During the episode where Elaine reveals how she was faking orgasm with Jerry (fake, fake, fake, fake), Jerry wonders how he wasn't able to tell:

Has to be the lines from the end of the Soup Nazi episode. Right at teh end when she has the recipes. I don't know them by heart, but she's laid back and everything in the soup deli, adn the Nazi is getting frustrated with her. Then she waves the resipes in front of his face and says some cute remark. And of course "Get out!" I'm trying for more lines here, but it's not happening. I'll post more when I think of them. BTW, did anyone pick up the latest Yahoo, Internet Life? has JLD on the cover and an article on her and hte web. She says she might get online after the show. Maybe she'll bless us with her presence in THIS NG. Her husband showed her around the web a year or so back. She asked whether she would be like a fly on the wall in a chatroom. When the interviewer said yes and that she could see what people could really think of her work, she said, "Forget it, I'm not doing this!" I thought it was a good article. The interviewer told her what we're saying about her and the show in the NG.

"He took it out!" It wasn't just what she said, it was the way she said it. Jerry said, "How can that be?" and Elaine responded, "Oh, it be." She has a very expressive face as well. I think she's great!

How about when she and George and Jerry are talking about "shrinkage"? And Elaine makes a face and asks, "why does it shrink?" The face she makes is priceless. But then she says, "I don't know how you guys walk around with those things!" And she swaggers away with this kind of "jock" walk. I'm gonna miss her.
