Fans identify the song playing in Kramer's apartment during the reverse peephole scene as Mexican Radio by Wall of Voodoo, though there is some uncertainty about whether opera music was also playing.

In the episode with the "reverse peephole".....when Silvio peeps into Kramers appartment, there is a song playing in Kramer's appartment, does anyone know which song this is?????
