FDR is a great character! He should appear in more episodes. He is like the truly evil dark side of Newman. Perhaps he and Newman should get together and really cause some trouble!

Nobody mentioned it yet, but any Comedy Central "Who's line is it anyway?" fans might recognize FDR as Mike McShain, one of the funniest impromptu comedians that show had ever seen.
