Actually it was spelled 'Newman' on his business card when Jerry and Kramer were being investigated for mail fraud.

To answer the original question, I would think Goodman would be heavier than Wayne Knight because he seems quite a bit taller...
Over the last two years or so, Wayne Knight has lost a LOT of weight, so who knows what he weighs now. Just compare the way he looks this season or last to his appearances early in the series.
