I have a friend who when he calls me at work always uses a secondary Sinfeld character's name so the receptionist will announce over the "all page." i.e. "Bob Saccamano holding on line 2" or "Lloyd Braun holding on line 4"
Does anyone else have this type of friend who does stuff like this? It really cracks me up.

I use the "who is this" when someone calls me and just starts in with their "emergency." It not only slows them down but I think it also pisses them off sometimes.
