George will sing and dance again...

Remember George doing his Gene Kelly down the street when he realized the engagement, er wedding, would be postoned?

Jason Alexander will star in the July 8 telecast of a Boston Pops (ie. orchestra) performance on PBS. Keith Lockhart, Pops conductor is quoted 5/2/96 in Boston Globe saying, "I saw Jason Alexander in 'Jerome Robbins' Broadway' and people who only know him from Seinfeld are in for a real surprise when they see what a song-and-dance man he is. O I'm especially produ of the 'El amor brujo' project... this is a 25 minute sequence from a major 20th-century score."

Have we ever heard George sing in an episode? Giddy-up, Hillel

He also sang Charlie Rich's "The Most Beautiful Girl" in Jerry's apartment in The Pick episode after pining over breaking up with Susan (the first go round with her!). It annoyed Jerry enough to ask him to leave.

You also get one line of "How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria" and a bit of "Lemon Tree" in the Phone Message.

George also sings in the episode where we meet Elaine's father. As Jerry and George were leaving for the restaurant, George finds that a song from Les Miserab (spelling??) is stuck in his head...
