Ok, we have done lists of Movies on Seinfeld Crimes on Seinfeld Best Girl/Boy friends Jerry's expenses Kramer's income schemes and jobs
How about Animals on Seinfeld? I have been thinking about the animal rights people and wonder when we are going to get spammed by them for the low regard these humans who write the show, have for our animal friends:
How about the following - as far as I can remember: - Elaine putting out a contract on some dogs - Jerry killing Miss RI's pigeons - Kamer feeding beefarino to a poor horse - Elaine killing a goldfish in the parking garage - Kramer endangering a whale with a Teitlist(sp?) - Killing a giant rat in the apartment - Chickens in the Cock fights - - - - Have we ever seen a positive role model from these animals? No they are abused, ridiculed and demeaned. When will it stop?
How about adding Jerry/Newman's Fleas. There not really animals but what the hell.

If they're not really animals then what are they? Don't say insects because insects are animals. They aren't plants, fungus or bacteria either.

To heck with the animal rights crowd. Hey, they saved the squirrel didn't they? George saved the whale! The dog won in the end! Kramer was just trying to broaden the horse's horizons - afterall its hardly fair to make a horse eat only bland meal! The pigeons were accidents. The goldfish succumed to a grawing pandemic of confusing parking garages. The cock fight episode brought the seedy side of life to the forefront of top rated network tv and exposed the horror!
The rat? Dang, you got me on that one! <g> Ohhhh, it was an old rat, and Seinfeld believes in mercy killing for those with little meaningful life left.
There, no problems with the animal rights crowd. Everything is above board!

The first animal that comes to mind when I think of animals in the Seinfeld world..well...he needs no introduction.....ladies and gentlemen...I give you....
FARFAL!
Elaine got bit by a dog in "The Glasses".
Kramer: (speaking of rabies) "Oh, you don't want that." Elaine: "I don't need you to tell me what I don't want, you stupid hipster doofus!" Jeff
DETROIT RED WINGS! STANLEY CUP CHAMPIONS!

And the fleas. Don't forget the fleas!
It would be nice if one of them ran into a talking mule named Francis?!

How about when Kramer sicks a bulldog on Newman after Newman gloats about eating the last of the peaches? Whose Bulldog was that anyway?

The busboy's cat that Kramer lets out of the apartment. The squirrel George hits and pays for surgery for. The bird that runs into Elaine's "big head."
How about when Kramer pretends to be sick like a dog just to get dog medicine. Remember the dog was sick and Kramer didn't want to see a real doctor.

What about the chimpanzee at the zoo, the one that spat on Kramer, so Kramer did something back to the chimpanzee? And then the zookeeper blamed Kramer for messing with the chimpanzee's self-esteem, and causing the animal to suffer a loss of libido? (What was it the keeper said? He's not self-stimulating himself as much any more!)
Snowball? Little Jerry Seinfeld?
The mutton leg dogs.
In a previous article, $[email] (Max Zorin) says:
Also, George ran over a squirrel, and Kramer got in a fight with the monkey at the zoo.

Jerry has been the positive role model. In your above examples-- A) Jerry defended the dog that Elaine wanted to rub out, and he wanted nothing to do with it. B) Okay, so Jerry killed the pigeons, but it was an accident. C) The horse like the Beefarino. It was the passengers who were suffering because of it. D) Elaine didn't kill the goldfish. She wanted it to survive, but it died on its own because they couldn't find the car in time. E) When Kramer endangered the whale, everybody else was mildly shocked at him. F) I don't remember killing a giant rat. No comment. G) Jerry was again the positive role model. He was against the cockfights, and so was Kramer as soon as he found out what they involved.

But Jerry Produces the show! You cannot absolve him of denegrating innocent animal life by saying his CHARACTER protects them. There is Jerry Seinfeld the real person. One, I believe, who does not value or respect animals. It is his responsibility to portray all life with respect. But he and his ilk are too sick to even think that they are insulting and anti-animal in their writing. Remember he hates people who like ponies. A pony - an innocent beautiful pony being used as another foil to his sick humour... I am calling for a boycott of this show until this disgusting trend is changed.

Tell you what. YOU stop watching, then check back here in a few months and we'll tell you if any other animals died, ok?
Wanna hear my opinion of animals? They evolved here on Earth, just like people did (well, most of us), and we have the responsibility to use them where we see fit. As the dominant species on the planet, all other animals are at our disposal. If we weren't meant to eat meat then why does it taste so good? And why do humans have canine teeth? We are omnivores. Don't ever forget that.

Dave, Dave, Dave, Not You. We have both been around this group for a long time. Surely you could see my parody of the PC posts about Seinfeld denegrating other cultural groups. So I posted that he was denegrating animals too... Now we have one about denegrating JEEPS. LOL!
Lets keep poking fun at the shoot from the hip racist-accusers. They don't deserve rational replies.
By the way I am a Vegetarian, not because I love animals, but because I hate plants! (Ha Ha)

Hey, watch it, buddy. I could give a damn about degenerating animals, dead ones do that all the time, but my neighbor has a degenerating Jeep and we have the common decency not to laugh about it. No really, the right front fender is all rusted through, and there are huge holes in the roof where rain water comes in and soaks the seats and the stereo only gets AM stations and the horrible smell coming from the engine compartment and the spring in the passenger seat that jumps up and bites you in the ass on every bump and...
IMO, the plot lines involving animals cover some of the things that COULD happen to animals in NYC - if their lives were as weird as the main characters. If you're a NYer you know NYers are sometimes working on their golf swings whereever they can, you know whales occasionally beach themselves in Brighton or Rockaway because of pollutants (which might include a golf ball, who the hell knows - besides George as marine biologist saved the day in that one) , that dogs are everywhere - noisy ones exist, noisy ones that NEVER stop barking ALSO exist, that pigeons are not as lovely and pleasant and romantic and one would like them to be.....that they WILL sometimes plop themselves in the middle of YOUR life, that horse drawn carriages have real horses that shit and fart, that there are cockfights in NYC, that these things exist and as awful or wonderful or whatever they are, they exist and they're fodder for humor. Jesus, if Seinfeld could KILL OFF GEORGE'S FIANCE with lousy glue, they can have insane cockfights and vile noisy little animals that bark all night and SHOULD be driven off into the night to be left in the country. And the thing is, those noisy little fuckers WOULD come back home!
Even the animals on Seinfeld are quirky, or haven't you noticed?
