Fans identify a Kramer quote about feeling like a naked innocent boy, confirming it's from the episode where he switches from briefs to boxers and discusses going without underwear.

I just heard a wav of Kramer saying:

I feel like a naked innocent boy roaming the countryside.

Anybody recognize what show this is from?

This is the one where Kramer worried that he was sterile and he switched from briefs to boxers. And he was describing what it felt like to not wear them. And the girl from In Living Color was Elaine's friend and Elaine was accused of ruining her life. It's also the one with Donna Chang and George's father's lawyer who wore the cape.
