Yes. This has been discussed SEVERAL times. It is a reference to 'Midnight Cowboy' with Dustin Hoffman and John Voight. The last scene in the movie they are taking a bus to Miami and one of them is dying (don't remember which one). The theme song to the movie is the same song played during Seinfeld... 'everbody's talking at me...' It is a '70s movie, but it was VERY poplular and is an EXCELLENT movie. Rent it!
