Schoolhouse Rock 5/8

I know I've Flamed about this already but I couldn't resist posting as long as the flames are going to go unheeded (if you can't beat 'em.....).

This past Saturday's School House Rock "episode" was "Energy", with a planet Earth singing some very ahead of its time environmental themes. It was quite enjoyable to watch.

BTW: The one-hour Bugs & Tweety show was very funny it included two classics "Jack and the Beanstalk" ("no, no, no MY name ISN'T Jack...Its,its,its.... Alluicious") and "The Singing Sword" ("don't sneeze ya STUPID 'idgit' or you'll blow us to the moon")

ok all you rockheads. you can BUY schoolhouse rock on video so you don't have to sit through all that saturday morning garb-, uhh, stuff. (no judgments of saturday morning fare intended.) anyway, i can't remember who produces the tapes, but you can order them through anatomical gifts, they have an 800 number which i can't remember right now, call 800-555-1212 info to get it. it's either anatomical gifts or a. products, i'm pretty sure. the tapes (4 - history, grammar, math, and science) are about $20 a pop, and are great (i've given them as gifts) except for the irritating segues provided by cloris leachman and a politically-correct band of midget air guitarists. really. anyway, if you want me to dig out the phone number, reply or post and i'll find my catalog. the company is in skokie, illinois, and no i don't have any financial stake in this. yet. :) chris.
