Telephone Use in Seinfeld

There have been a few episodes where the telephone was a central or notable event in an epidode. I have listed afew that came to mind - without ep. titles.

Any more?

Did she? The only one I remember is when Elaine left an erotic message on Jerry's pocket tape recorder when they were out at a club and Jerry was really eager to find out who had left the message.

There was also the episode when Kramer was deeply into calling a sex line and the woman he was talking to was the woman Jerry was seeing, who wouldn't pass Elaine some toilet paper from the adjacent stall (she didn't have a square to spare).

Correct. It was the recorder, not the phone.

There were a few more that come to mind. In "The Checks", George calls Jerry, hysterical, ranting about how Jerry has to wake up the Japanese guys and get them out of the dresser and dressed and get them downtown or they don't have a focus group to show the pilot to.

Then, after the 30 second rant, Jerry says, "Uncle Leo?" and George starts screaming and slamming the receiver against the phone booth. A very funny scene.

Howbout the time George called China to order the baldness cure, and Ping ends up talking with the guy at the baldness cure company (did they give the name of the company?).

Jerry: "Do you mind? Kind of an expensive call."

in "The Bizarro Jerry", George's opposite, Gene, found a phone that was giving free long distance and reported it to the phone company. (Not really a 'phone use', but it should count 'cause it made me laugh.)

I think it's hilarious when Jerry gets some frantic call from whoever(usually George), waits for them to spill the dilemma then says "Who is this?" real suspicious like.

I can't believe you left out George's "Vandelay Industries" dodge, using Jerry's phone to convince the unemployment office he might be hired as a latex salesman. The scene of George running out of the bathroom is, IMHO, the series' funniest moment...
