She showed up in yesterday's "Astronaut Pen" episode, but later in the series he became a free-swinging bachelor. Hmmm.

The Pen was an early episode. Perhaps Mrs. Uncle Leo passed away. You know how Seinfeld works, they don't make a song and dance about things like death.
