Jujyfruit and Junior Mints may be found at nearly any convenience store, as may be Drake's Coffee Cake (both sizes). Black-and-White cookies (actually a small flat white cake with half vanilla, half chocolate frosting) are found at most NYC and upstate NY bakeries. And the soup Elaine fed her disabled boyfriend was Yankee Bean--another common NY item.

As an aside, Drake's Coffee Cakes are more of an east coast product. I haven't yet found them in grocery stores on the west coast, but I find them in stores in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Alas, I've only seen the smaller ones.
