I hate to be even pickier - but that sequence really cracked me up, and it went more like the following:
Guy: "Would you like anything to drink?"
Kramer: "Yeah, do you have...a...decaf cappucino?"
Guy: "I'm sorry, we don't have that"
Kramer: " Well, that's a bit strange!"
Guy: "Why do you say that?"
Kramer: " Well, it's a very popular drink..."
Guy: "This is an office"
Kramer: "...That's true......"
I think have it pretty much correct. They showed the sequence on the 100th episode as well. The facial expressions were classic! It was Elaine's "sven-jolly" psychiatrist ("You can and you will!")
