George Costanza- Larry David Kramer- Kenny Kramer , ex apartment mate of Larry David?(are you reading this Kenny?) George Steinbrenner (Larry David played George) J. Peterman- Yes, Virginia, there is a J. Peterman "Soup Nazi"- Al Yeghena (speled rite?) Can anyone think of others? Bob in NJ

I think Elaine is based on comedienne Carol Leifer, who's written some episodes for the series.
