I loved the Van Nostron reference. They need to have more connectedness with past shows. I think they also need to start up some story arcs that last over several episodes. So far all the eps this season were mostly stand-alone. Some of the best periods in the show's history involved extended plot lines. (the engagement, the pilot, etc...)

Thank god, she was actually nice through an entire episode.

Some definite improvement with Jerry. Even though we've seen it before, emphasized how uncomfortable Jerry is with people who genuinely care about the welfare of other people.

If there is any weak link in the show this season, it has without a doubt been with the George storylines. Tonight was no different. It's really unfortunate because it taints the rest of what could have been a pretty good show.

I thought the Kramer portion of tonight's show was definitely the best, in terms of both laughs and fitting in with past behavior, without going over the top.

Too many shrieks, but he had some nice restrained expressions of bewilderment.

I also thought the pacing of the show was better tonight, a little slower, less frantic.

Nice opening dream sequence with Elaine.

Man, you hit the nail on the head. I was thinking the same thing last night. Jason Alexander has been ill served by the writing this year and both he and Jerry Stiller fly into rages way too easily. I have to go back to last season's episodes where George was dating a prisoner or playing a "bad seed" to recall really good George plots and acting.

However, George was involved in the photo retouching bit which I found guffaw inducing. He was pretty much a straight man in that scene though.

Best Line: "Weight? Indeterminate."
