The phone call regarding the NY Times on "The Yadda Yadda" (4/24)

This was classic!

Jerry: Hello? Woman: Hello, are you interested in subscribing to the New York Times? Jerry: (cheerful) Yes! (hangs up the phone)

This was as good as the time when a man called Jerry and asked about switiching long-distance companies. Remember that one?

Jerry: Hello? Man: Hello, would you be interested in switching long-distance companies? Jerry: Well, tell you what, I'm busy, but why don't you give me your home number and I'll think about it and call you back? Man: Uh, I'm sorry, I can't do that. Jerry: Oh, so I guess you don't like people calling you at home. Man: Well, uh, no. Jerry: Oh, well then you know how I feel. (hangs up the phone)

It's beautiful stuff! I would love to use some of this in real life...who knows, I just might do it someday! :)

BTW...a fantastic episode today!

Oh, the New York Times phone call was GREAT!!! It makes me want to try that. But knowing my luck they'd call back.

That phone call was cool but it wasn't as classic as the other one where he asked for the guys phone number and the guy told him he didn't want poeple calling him at home to which Jerry replied " Now you know how i feel!". I feel like trying that one out sometime!

I agree that, without a doubt, this was a fantastic episode. This was the first ep. in a long while that was creative and very well-written.
