My New York Experience!

What a great experience to visit The Big Apple for the first time and to hunt down the Seinfeld favorite locations from the show. I ate at Tom's Restaurant (Monk's) and it was great (very reasonably priced). It was so weird to see that restaurant as I was walking up to it. It felt so surreal.

I also visited many Seinfeld locals like H&H Bagels, Champagne Video, and most importantly, The Soup Nazi. I was thinking, "How close to the character is this guy going to be, really?". It was uncanny. I laughed when I got in line and saw this little sign stating (paraphrasing) "Please keep line moving and step to your left after placing order." It was great to meet and take a picture with the owner of this soup kitchen. Well, I just wanted to share my Seinfeld experience.

And, yes, I got bread. Beautiful.

Could you post the addresses of the places?? I'm a big Seinfeld fan from Germany and the next time I'm visiting NYC I would like to visit the places!

Well, I didn't have my arm around him if that's what you're asking. : ) I just stood there in front of the soup display as he stood there behind the counter. He didn't give me a studio smile, but that would have ruined the picture anyway. It was classic 'Soup Nazi'.
