Oh, I know what you mean. Kramer is so funny when he makes those noises and acts that way. His expressions are so great. One has to understand the genius of Kramer to understand how funny those noises and expressions are. I was cracking up during that scene. It was definitely one of my favorites too.
There was another scene in which only a dedicated Kramer fan could understand the humor. It was in the Mohel/ The Pigman episode, when George, Jerry and Kramer are in the hall of a hospital and George says something to Kramer and then Kramer points to George and looks at Jerry with a funny expression. You have to watch the show to understand the humor of this expression. It goes like this: Kramer (to George): "Go you got room for the pigman, huh?" George: "The Pigman can take a bus." Kramer: "George, if the pigman had a car, he would give you a ride." George: "How do you know? What if the pigman had a two-seater? Kramer: "Be realistic, George." Then Kramer looks at Jerry with a great expression while pointing at George.
