I love the episode where Jerry and his girlfriend are being openly affectionate: "you're schmooupie", "no, YOU'RE schmooupie". In fact, my boyfriend and I started to do that just to see if anyone would get the reference. Some of the looks we got were terrific. This is probably a really stupid question, but does "schmooupie" actually mean anything, or is it just one of those inane nicknames like "pookie"? At any rate, using Schmooupie is a great way to get a conversation started!

I thought that the "Schmooupie" part of "The Soup Nazi" episode was FUNNIER than the Soup Nazi! Especially when George gets into a "contest" with Jerry at the coffeeshop, making out with Susan, using baby-talk. And also when George imitates Jerry "Schmoupie schmoupie schmoupie!"
