Name your favorite Newmen episode. The coolest postman since Cliff Claven has contributed greatly to the Seinfeld show. Not since the glory days of George Hamilton has such a stud-muffin graced the entertainment world. Jerry might snear,but to tell the truth it's out of envey.

Well, I don't have a favorite myself, but my brother is sitting here with me, and he says his fave is the dognapping episode. I kind of liked it; him sitting there in the shadows smoking a cigarette reminded me a lot of Cancerman on X-Files.

--the episode where jerry dates on of newman's ex girlfriends

You are referring to the episode in which we learn Kramer's 1st name. Kramer found newman on the couch with Kramer's mother! BTW, Kramer went in with Elaine in order to borrow Newman's Tennis Raquet.

When Newman masterminded the kidnapping of the barking dog at Elaine's apartment complex. He hates dogs because of his mail route. He has a certain criminal element.

The escapade with Newman seeing Jerry making out with his girlfriend at Schindler's List was classic, but you're right... Newman's hair-snitching was the best.

The saddest thing is that we all have "Newmans" in our life; even sadder is that we sort of call them "friends" and let them have such an infulence over our lives. You'd think we'd learn from example!

Newman was great in dispensing the wisdom of Solomon regarding the bike.

I think his first name is Eric.

My favorite Newman Episode was when Newman and Kramer take the dog that was bothing Elaine.

The best Newman episode was the one where he helps Elaine get rid of the barking dog. Newman was hilarious.

Newman may have dated the then-current-Jerry-girlfriend...but slept with her? What makes you think so?

How about the one where newman and kramer were selling the records. The lady with the huge growth on her neck and the old man jerry was befriending, they were all funny as hell!!!

So he had the apartment fumigated, Kramer didn't notice it, and was in there for an hour and a half, ended up losing his sense of taste during the "Mackinaw Peach" season, and Elaine had to read some manuscript or something, which she left in Jerrys fumigated apartment.

my favorite Newmen moment was when he was caught making out with "Babs" - Kramer's mother in the episode where Kramer's name was revealed.

I would also have to nominate the episode where he conspired to prove that Jerry was getting his hair cut by his barber's cousin.

I have no favorite Newman episode. He is my least favorite character on the show. He's one of the only things on Seinfeld that doesn't make me laugh.

Hi Eric; Another funny one was when George got his toupee and Elaine threw it out the window....

Also, the one when Jerry got his hair cut short...That was hysterical....

I watch the reruns every night, and the new ones every Thursday. At this point, it is one of my favorite sitcoms.....(in the top three).
