I just realised one odd thing. We all know that Elaine is not Jewish as she is a goy-woman (I will not try top spell the Jewish term) according to one episode. If I recall correctly, in one episode she claims that she only knows circumcised men. How come? Did I get it wrong, don't I remeber the episode correctly or am I just missing something here?

Elaine did say she had dated an uncircumcised man. He had "no face", no personality, like wearing a turtle neck???. Something along those lines. She definitely did not like it.

Yeah, beat me to it...I haven't been Jewish a day in my life (though I sometimes talk with a Jewish accent, everyone in NY does...and an even bigger percent of people actually are Jewish in NY) and as far as I can tell (in this case, far) I am circumcised. There is but one difference between the Jewish circumcised and the regulare (in my case Italian/Spanish American circumcised) people of the world...the Jewish celebrate the event (and what a thing to celebrate) while we just get sliced in the hospital...
This is something that puzzled me for a while too - in the UK circumcision is the exception rather than the rule. I couldn't understand how Elaine had seen just one uncircumcised.

Christ!!! Most PEOPLE??? You mean MEN don't you???? Have some people (men and women) become so politically correct (something I abhor with a passion) that we can't say - dare I say it - man or woman when we are actually talking about (I'm gonna say it again) a MAN or a WOMAN?????
Actually, women can be circumcised too. It's barbaric but various
tribes in Africa still do it.

Well just thought I'd add my 2 cents. As I have read quite a bit on the subject. Female circumcision can be the barbaric ritual of mutalation of the female organs OR a slight adjustment to furthur enhance her sexuality and pleasure possibilities.
As I understand, MS. Magazine editor Gloria S. has had hers done and has proclaimed as such in her magazine. I'm told that she had a c. hood reducton on her overly extended c. hood. Otherwise known as a female circumcision. Again, I'm told that though she does not recomend the procedure, she is very happy with her results.
I was amazed to find an American woman choose to have this done. As I too thought it was a barbaric procedure. Upon further research, you will find this is farely common minor procedure.
Just to be clear, I think it is terrible about what is going on in Africa with reguards to the amputation of female organs. Too bad they call this a circiucision, as it is clearly not, when you cut the whole damn thing off.

Baby boys are circumcised in civilized cultures for cleanliness and health reasons.
Baby girls are circumcised in less-than-civilized cultures to supress female sexual response and to reinforce their subservience to the men.
Here's a pretty graphic description. You tell me if this is barbaric when compared to the 5 minute male circumcision procedure:
"Infibulation or Pharonic circumcision, involves the removal of the clitoris glans, cutting and scraping of the labia minora and majora, and pinning shut of the vulva with thorns or pins leaving only a small hole open for urine and blood to escape. Often this hole is only the size of a match stick because the smaller the hole the more prestigious the operation. The female's thighs are bound together for several weeks in order for the vulva to heal shut. This is the most serious of the operations. Infibulation is not a single operation since the small opening originally left for urine and blood is not sufficiently large to allow intercourse. Thus, the husband or some other individual must uninfibulate the female enough to allow intercourse on the wedding night. The closing of the vulva to its post-wedding night size is repeated after every child is born. This is called reinfibulation."
