Seinfeld outtakes are available. I found a tape of them at a Star Trek convention about two months ago. As far as never airing any Seinfeld shows, I doubt it will every happen because the members of the cast are so highly paid that it is a poor business decision not to capitalise on their work as soon as possible in order for the producers to recoup their costs.
