what's wrong with this picture?

I know this is for seinfeld show, which I am a big fan, but I also watch the Single Guy and I was just reviewing Feb 1st episode where Johnny is trying to get a quote for his new book. Well anyway in the poker game near the end, it comes down to the two men calling eachother in a game of poker(5card stud). Johnny has four kings. The other guy suposedl

wins with a straight flush. Did anyone else know that that couldn't possibly happen? It is imposible because there are only four kings int eh the deck. Unless they were using two decks, which is unlikely in 5 card, it is imposible. Just thought that I would share. Seinfeld rules***********************

I didn't see the actual hand, but it can happen! A straight flush is simply 5 sequential cards of the same suit. A straight flush does not necessarily include a king! (ie. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 of clubs is a straight flush)

It all depends on how you play poker. I've never heard of a game where only a royal flush (A-K-Q-J-T of one suit) will beat four of a kind, but zepplin811 may indeed be in that sort of game.

	Was it a straight flush  or a ROYAL FLUSH..A straight flush
	could be a straight without the king !!
	FOr instance, 2,3,4,5,6 of clubs.

Ok, this is completely off the topic, but here goes. I think you're confusing a straight flush with a _royal_ straight flush. A straight flush is any sequence of cards all of the same suit, such as 8c 7c 6c 5c 4c. A royal straight flush is a straight flush with Ace high. Thus you can rest assured that it is actually possible (although unlikely) to beat 4 kings.

Nope. 4 of a kind can be beaten by ANY straight flush, not just a royal flush. A straight flush is a straight flush is a straight flush. 2-6 of hearts will beat four of a kind.

Beep, sorry friend, but a straight flush he had, not a Royal straight flush. Let's assume Jack had a 2,3,4,5,6 of clubs and Johnny had 4 Kings. Don't see a problem there. But I appreciate it when a person points out a mistake on a sitcom.

Like in Seinfeld-- Elaine did not have the big O when she was dating Jerry, hence we have the Mango episode. Yet in the Move episode Elaine implied that Jerry's technique was indeed quite pleasurable. Perhaps then Jerry did get it up at the end of the Mango episode, tried the move on Elaine giving her quite a magnificent climax.

That is my favorite Seinfeld glitch, anyone have others?
