When they got back to the car after buying the TV, they found out what happened when they parked in the Hcap spot. Was that Mimi from the Drew Carey show who was explaining what happened??

Yes is was MIMI! Without the makeup, who knew she even had eyes!

Yup.  I found her to be extremely annoying during the 30 seconds
she appearred in that episode, and was relieved that she did not
play a larger (snicker) role.  And then, a few years later, there
she is in all her full-figured splendor, starring on Drew Carey.
I hate her.  Wait a minute.  Maybe she's a nice person, but I hate
her character.
