The name of the episode is "The Pick", and it aired during the fourth season. It was a continuation of "The Airport", where Jerry met a model on an airplane. In "The Pick", the model sees Jerry scratch his nose, thinking he was picking it, and , of course, Elaine's nipple was visible on her Christmas card.
