Kramer...plead the Fifth

I am not an American...but I believe you folks have some guarantee against self-incrimination. Kramer's videotape should not have been entered as evidence against him. In addition, the tape would have provided valuable evidence against the actual perp. I think Cosmo got the shaft. Nice to see Babs in the gallery too.

The Fifth Admendment allows a suspect to avoid incriminating themselves through their own testimony.

Don't take it too seriously, guys. They wouldn't have gotten in that much trouble for just doing nothing, and they wouldn't have been wearing orange jumpsuits at the end if it was real life.
