Could someone tell this Canadian what Bosco exactly is?
I "think" that it is just chocolate syrup but am not 100% sure.

Bosco syrup does exist. I used to put it in my milk when I was a kid. I love the name. Bos.....co. Sort of like Bozo.
Try calling 800 information and asking for the telephone number of the Bosco Syrup Company or call Hershey chocolate. They might be the manufacturer.
