It is taped in Studio City. However, Studio City is not an incorporated city with its own city government, but rather just an area within the city of Los Angeles.

The show is shot in Studio City, CA. at The Mary Tyler Moore Studios(MTM-CBS Lot, yes CBS lot). It is on Radford Street. There are about 5-10 other shows also shot there. Jon B.
