Just saw the episode where George tells the Rosses that he has a place in the Hamptons with the solarium and horses Snoopy and Prickly Pete.

In this episode, is the hot dog stand vendor that George talks to Franklin Delano Romanowski, the same guy in the "backwards" episode who trades bad wishes with Kramer?

Of course it is! By the way George's Hampton house had TWO solariums. When you lie- why not LIE big!!!!!
