Posters help identify an episode where the four main characters sit at a bar unable to hear each other, with Kramer asking Elaine about Newman being dead; consensus identifies it as "The Maid".

Jerry, George, Elaine and Kramer is sitter at a bar or somthing. No one can hear what the other are saying. In the end kramer says to Elaine -"Newman's dead??"...

Can anyone tell me what episode?

That scene should be studied for a Ph.D. in anything. It is so compressed, I loved it! Ok that is now my favourite scene!

Taking such a normal thing, out of context, I dunno, pure Kramer in that one.

I think I will watch that one, oh tonight.

BTW Why does newman try and kill himself? does he do it more than once?
