Not sure of "The <title>" (as in The Pick, The Movie, The Contest, etc.) but my personal favorite is from the first or second season, when he goes down to Florida to visit his parents. Funniest half-hour of TV EVER!!!!!

At work I was kidding about showing "The Contest" a couple weeks later at Thanksgivings. On Thanksgiving I mentioned this to my cousins that watch Seinfeld, they insisted and drove me home to get the tape. We showed the episode to 29 relatives before dinner, it was GRREAT!
