I am in Australia. Some months ago, I read a tiny article in our press about the character that George Costanza is based on taking legal action against Seinfeld because he wasn't compensated for providing the character George. The article also stated that this guy was given a role in Seinfeld. What I would like to know is: 1) Was this the guy who played Mike in the Parking Spot 2) What has happened with his litigation

I believe we discussed this very thing a few posts ago...I mentioned that this guy, Mike Costanza, is my Aunt (by marriage, though she never actually married my uncle, but they had 3 kids, my cousins) is his cousin...

I don't remember his first name, but the guy George is allegedly based upon did have a small role in one episode. I'm afraid I don't remember which one, but it was during the first few seasons.

I haven't heard anything recently about the case.

He didn't play Mike in "The Parking Spot", Lee Arenberg (sp?) did. Hope this helps somewhat.
