Anyone know who played Kramer's lawyer (Jackie?)? And if he is
now in Melrose Place?

I have no idea, but I love any episode with that lawyer, he's hilarious. Well, come to think of it, I love every single episode of Seinfeld, I think it's a really unique and interesting and funny and satiric and superbly written and acted show.

he used to be in the Young and the Restless, and i think his character was named Phil too. He once went under cover as a white guy.

He was also in the new series of Mission Impossible, as his father was in the original.
