Well, it was more of a combination of that same Victor the Cleaner character in the US remake of "la Femme Nikita", played by Harvey Keitel (similarities: the name "The Cleaner", the bag), and of Winston Wolf in "Pulp Fiction", also played by Harvey Keitel (pulls up fast in a sports car, makes specific demands for items, apologizes for curtness and explains it's due to a shortage of time).
