non-fat yogurt?

I missed most of the non-fat yogurt episode. Can anyone tell me what was the deal with George's arm, and also why did Jerry first become suspicious of the yogurt? Also, why did Jerry swear in front of the kid?

George ran into Lloyd Braun, an old neighbor and schoolmate that he doesn't care for all that much. Lloyd is a 'big' advisor to N.Y. mayor David Dinkens and George is living with his parents, a fact that Lloyd seemed all too eager to bring up. They (George, Jerry, Elaine, and Lloyd) were in the yogurt shop at the time and when Lloyd started bragging about something, George moved his arm sideways to nudge Jerry with his elbow. This was how George was indicating to Jerry tha the BS was starting. Lloyd saw Georges arm move and asked him what was the matter with it. George replied that every since he hit his arm on something, hes had an intermitant spasm in it.

Later, Lloyd shows up at the Costanza household. George's parents are so happy to see Lloyd and act like he was some kind of celebrity. Lloyd arranged for a doctors appointment for George through Mayor Dinkens. George figured if he didn't go, Lloyd would know he was lying about his arm. When he sees the doctor he's still faking the twitch. The Dr' says he can't find anything physically wrong with George and that George is faking it and wasting his time. George is indignant. As he goes to leave, he bangs his arm against the doctor's desk and develops a real spasm.

Jerry and Elaine first suspect that the yogurt might have fat in it when Kramer mentions that Elaine is putting on some weight. He then tells Jerry he's appears to be a little pudgier. Elaine and Jerry weigh themselves and each has put on a few pounds. Since Elaine hasn't been splurging on anything except the 'fat-free' yogurt. Kramer emphatically disagrees because he has invested in the yogurt shop.

The first time Jerry swears in front of the snotty little urchin was an accident. While he, George, and Elaine are sitting there eating yogurt, they are commenting on how unbelievable it is that the yogurt is so delicious and fat-free. Just as the kid walks by Jerry blurts out, "This yogurt is f***ing amazing". Later the mother asks Jerry to talk to the boy because now every word out of his mouth is f*** this and f*** that. Jerry agrees and when she brings the kid over to his apartment, Jerry tells him that if he cusses he won't get to be a comedian, because comedians don't cuss. Jerry turns his back to talk do something and when he turns back around the kid is pulling tape out of an audo cassette that had Jerry's last stand-up performance on it. In anger Jerry yells out, "What the f*** are you doing, you little s***?!

When seeing Lloyd Braun with Jerry at the yogurt shoppe, George nudged Jerry with his elbow. Braun picked it up and George made up the story about the involuntary spasm. At George's parents house, Lloyd refers George to a doctor that former Mayor Dinkins went to that handles those kind of problems.

Kramer mad some cracks about Jerry and Elaine both gaining weight. This was verified when both of them weighed themselves with Jerry's bathroom scale. They realized that the only change that they had recently made in thier lifestyles was that they had started regularly eating the supposed non-fat yogurt.

At first Jerry's swearing in front of the kid was accidental - he was just exclaiming how good the yogurt was. Later on, Jerry swore at the kid, because the kid ruined a tape that Jerry had of his stand-up routine that included some great material about the Ottoman empire.

George had been talking to Jerry about what a jerk this old childhood friend is and when he walks over and begins proving George right, George elbows Jerry as if to say "ya see". Then after he gets caught he makes up a story about having an involuntary tick.

Jerry and Elaine became suspicious because they were both putting on weight and the only change in their diet was the new yogurt.

Jerry swears when saying something to the effect of, "This yogurt is fu..ing great."
