Absolutely true. Jerry Stiller used to be part of a comedy duo called "Stiller and Merra". "Merra" (sp?) is actually Anne Merra, Jerry's wife and Ben's Mom.
Ann Meara, she played the kitchen help in "Archie Bunker's Place".
