It may drain their resources however they are full of crap trying to roll out this charge. Yet, if they implement it they may be flush with cash. ;-)

Suggest you add a list of George bathroom issues/items.

Just a few I can remember off the top of my head:

1. He told Jerry about the time he was with a girl about to become intimate for the first time, when he was overcome by an "intestinal requirement", an "unstoppable force", and needed a privacy buffer zone between the bathroom and bedroom, so he left.

2. Give George a location in Manhattan, and he'll tell you the best public facilities nearby. Rockefeller Plaza - that would be Alice Tully Hall, The Met. Wonderful facilities.

• Put stall doors in Yankee stadium all the way to the floor.

• Read a Brentano's book in the bathroom, then it gets flagged.

5. Takes his shirt off to go, then comes out forgetting to put his shirt back on.

• Quit his real estate job because he couldn't use the boss's bathroom.

7. Got his own bathroom at Play Now. Xanadu! Put a lock on the door after the boss announced all staff and their families could use it.

8. Falls in love because the girl is fascinated with his discussion on toilet paper and how it hadn't changed in 100 years. Fascinated!

9. Loves "Manure", which has a "nure" with a "Ma" in front of it, which takes a negative and makes a positive.

10. Resents paying for meals for his model girlfriend who he suspects is "refunding" his investment in the bathroom.

11. Peed in the shower at the health club. It's all pipes going to the same place.

I'm sure there are many others. Classic Larry David neuroses which then show up in Curb Your Enthusiasm.

Other toilet humor not involving George:

1. Kramer needs to go in the middle of his audition to portray himself in "The Pilot".

• Kramer is constipated, then decides on the "E-word".

3. Kramer passes a kidney stone in the bathroom at MSG where Misha and the circus are performing.

4. Elaine wants Jerry's porn-phone girlfriend to spare a square, but she doesn't have a square to spare.

5. Jerry won't kiss his girlfriend after he drops her toothbrush in the toilet. He breaks up with her after her toilet explodes, covering her with water.

6. Larry Charles fouls an airplane bathroom just before Elaine uses it, so she holds her breath.

• Rusty the horse has flatulence after Kramer feeds him Beef-a-rino.

8. Russell Dalrymple pukes in his bathroom right after reading the script for the pilot.

9. Jerry relieved himself in the garage at the mall and got arrested. He didn't want uromycetisis.

10. Jerry worried that his girlfriend has a fungus after finding fungicide in her medicine cabinet.

Probably many others here too.

Jerry also throws out a few things after they've touched bathroom floors, a shoelace and perhaps a belt. Of course, these aren't tendencies, it's all about "being really clean and happy."
