hi there remember that episode where Kramer went to a b-day party (i think the guy's name was FDR but i'm not sure) and the guy's wish was for Kramer to drop dead. Wasn't he also in the episode where George tells Susan's parents that he's going to the Hamptons - i think he was the hot dog seller,George was asking him if he eats hot dogs all the time because that's what he would do so is it the same guy or just someone else??
Also remember the guy that own the parking space and use it for hookers in The Wig Master, he is the same first guy that own the dump in The Muffin Tops.
