Last night I accidently caught the first Seinfeld episode "The Stakeout". It was on a station called "TV2". This would be a great chance to tape the whole series from beginning. My question is: are they showing the whole 180 episodes and is there a fixed schedule? (like Sundays at 23.00 or Weekdays at 23.00....)

BTW, 'The Stakeout', was actually the second episode shown. 'Good News Bad News' was the pilot episode also called 'The Seinfeld Chronicles' that was shown one season earlier here in North America.

Seinfeld is on every Sunday around 23:15 or 23:35 on Norwegian TV2. They've shown episode 1, Episode 4, and Episode 2 (yes, in that order) and from what they said I think they're planning on showing all the episodes one more time. If you want to watch newer episodes Norwegian TV2 also show Seinfeld Thursdays at 22:35, Swedish TV1 shows Seinfeld Wednesdays at 22:00 and Danish TV2 shows Seinfeld after midnight nights between Thursday and Friday.
