How did George get his job at the Yankee? What does Kramer do for a living?

George was in a rut so he decided to do the opposite of what his instincts told him to do. In Monk's he ordered the opposite of his usual sandwich (don't remember what it was, but it consisted of things like rye toast instead of plain white bread etc), and went up to a beautiful woman and told her that he was unemployed and lived with his parents.
Then he has an interview with Mr. Wilhelm and the Boss walks by. George goes up to him and tells Emperor Steinbrenner about how he was ruining the Yankee tradition and couldn't manage a fruit stand and was Satan incarnate.
Then Steinbrenner spoke.
"Hire this man!"
Kramer had several odd jobs, including the Kramer Reality Tour, Woody Allen movie extra, Tony Award winning producer of "Scarsdale Surprise," bestselling coffee table book author, fashion model, fragarance designer, and the CEO of Kramerica Industries.
