Got the pleasure to see Jerry at heinz Hall in Pittsburgh last night and it was unbelievable. No flash, glitz or hype, just pure Jerry at his best.

I'm jealous. I just found out today that he's coming to town in July but tickets are being sold in about a dozen different locations within a 150 mile radius of where I live. I don't have the time to camp out for them so I may have to wait fo the video.......

A long time ago Rosie O'Donnell saw Jerry on The Mervin Griffin show and copied his act entirely, including his delivery. She did this at a comedy club and the other comedians knew she didn't write those jokes and asked her where she got that stuff and she told them. They told her she had to write her own jokes. Lets see off the top of my head.

he did a bit about the US drinking too much coffee, about ladies who outline their lips, about marriage and divorce. kids who are just here to replace us. it was all brand new, very well done. his stuff he did on the last HBO special will alwyas be his classic stuff but this was right up tjhere
