I was thinking of the times Seinfeld used "flashback" scenes in the episodes. I came up with these off the top of my head, Any More?

Not technically flashbacks, but showing events from the past are the last two scenes in The Betrayal, the one with Susan, followed by the one where Jerry first moves into his apartment.
The flashback of Susan dropping dead from the toxic wedding invitations....
The episode where Jerry is dating Amanda Pete and George is his wingman where he needs to go buy invitations. He's looking at samples of card invitations (the cheap one's).....then he gets the flashback of Susan dropping dead as a result of toxic glue on the cheap wedding invitations. It's the same episode where George sketches Jerry by playing frolf on the back nine with those dudes.
You sure about that? I'm wondering if you may have imagined it, since I don't believe there's any such flashback in that scene from The Summer of George. As I remember it, the woman in the stationary store recognizes George and asks him how the wedding invitations worked out. I believe he pauses and you can tell he briefly considers it, then replies, "No complaints". There's no visual flashback sequence that the viewer can see, if I remember correctly.

Possibly, but I doubt it. I'd have to watch it again to be sure, but it doesn't seem like there's any spot in there where a flashback could've been cut; furthermore, I just don't remember it happening that way, even when I saw it as a first-run episode. I think this might be a case of "I'm sure I saw the Biggs scene in Star Wars in 1977!" false memory syndrome. We all remember Susan keeling over due to the envelopes, and I suspect it's not due to any flashback, but because we saw it when it happened in The Invitations.

Now that I think about it, I'm not sure myself, but if ya think about it, they had to setup that scene somehow. He was flipping through the sample book of invitations (to buy for Jerry and Amanda Pete).....he's at one end of the sample book....( blank????)........then he flips to the other end of the sample book and says "no, Ill take these" and the canned laughs go. I think it would be too deep of an inside goof to not hint at why him flipping to the other section of the book was so funny
The "inside goofs" are one of the reasons Seinfeld is such a fun show. Over the run of the series there have been dozens and dozens of obscure references and in-jokes aimed at long-time veiwers. And this one wasn't all that obscure, since it concerned a well-known plot point and was set up with plenty of dialogue (see below). To compare it to another bit which was discussed here this week, George looking up at the ceiling and screaming "Twwwwwiiiiiiix!" is far more obscure since it's a reference (with no other setup whatsoever) to his "Khaaaaan!" in a previous episode a year and a half earlier, which itself was a moderately obscure reference to a film.
I just watched The Summer of George again and didn't see a flashback, but unfortunately it was an "edited for syndication" version. However, I can't see how they would've edited out such a flashback, since the scene now ends with him saying "No complaints". The only cut was the end of that scene, with the two lines of dialogue about the sample book. The script transcription on Mike's site is from the original, uncut version, and although it includes a lot of extra non-dialogue info, there's no mention of a flashback scene. However, the transcript *does* contain the "dream sequence" later in the episode when George is thinking about Jerry.
It's certainly possible that the original version contained this flashback, that none of us remember it, that the transcriptionist missed it, and that the syndication version cut it out of the middle of the scene before "No complaints" and then cut out the end of the scene too, but it all seems a bit unlikely. If you can come up with an original, unedited version containing this flashback, be sure to let us know.

Seeing that I was going purely by brainstorming and it's been a few years since I scene that episode, it could be just in my head playing tricks. And that dialogue with "wedding invitations" yeah thats more than enough :o)
I caught a rerun today though , that could be on the flashback list, if not already. It was the one where George gets a Job at Krueger Industrial and where he finds he needs to edit himself out of that old desk photo of Krueger's. He is explaining the whole situation on the beach that day and they showed the flashback of him yelling at Kreugers'. (when Krueger and his kids threw George's stuff into the ocean.
