Book Store Episode

Last night the episode where Uncle Leo is stealing from the book store was on and Jerry and Uncle Leo kept saying Hello to each other as though it was from a joke from a previous episode. Does anyone know what all of that was about. The only thing I can think of was from the Bizarro Jerry episode where they said Hello in place of Goodbye, but I did not think that Uncle Leo was even in that episode. Did I miss something?

Clearly you did miss something..."Hello" was sort of Uncle Leo's signature...everytime he ran into Jerry he would say (in that Leo voice) "Hello"...

you BOTH missed it, near the begining leo asks jerry why he didnt say hello to him when he saw him in the bookstore and jerry replys cause you were to busy stealing and leo says "well you still say hello"
