Help with Newman Quote

I remember a not-too-distant episode in which after Jerry makes a typical snyde
remark to Newman, Newman replies,  "Hilllaaarious."    Help . . . I think I
have it on tape but I don't know where to start.  Anyone remember the
scene/dialogue/episode?     Thanks for any assistance.
