What was the story in this one?

Kramer took the photo for Elaine's Christmas card. Nobody noticed until they'd all been sent that she had a nipple exposed. Among the people she'd sent them to were a young nephew and her boyfriend (the relationship foundered as a result). For some reason George didn't get a card and made the mistake of complaining about it.
