Has anyone noticed any change in production values since Jerry's friend Carol took over as Story Editor?

A couple of weeks ago I went to a small seminar where Carol Lefier (story editor on seinfeld) gave a a talk on her experiences there. She said some of the following things:

Larry David is one of the sharpest senses of humor she has ever worked with She went on an on about how he is so misunderstood and how he is the guiding vision for the show. One of his recent episodes was the Babka.

Jerry works incredibly hard to write the show. She says that he write for about an hour each day and is the one who decides on the stories each week

She said that she got her job because they (larry and jerry) are all good buddies

Carol wrote the episode where George uses a deaf girl to read the lips of someone at a party

She's story editor on Seinfeld? No wonder I haven't been annoyed by her stand-up act recently.
