Chicken-roasting rocks the bed?

Can someone explain why, in the Kenny Rogers episode, Jerry's bed (which Kramer is sleeping in) seems to be rocking? When Kenny's sign goes off near the end of the show, the rocking stops. Is the restaurant's rotisserie supposed to be shaking Jerry's apartment, or something? (But not Kramer's?)
