Fans note that ESPN sportscasters are using Seinfeld references and catchphrases during Sports Center broadcasts, including "Master of His Domain," "Lord of the Manor," and "No Soup for You."
On Sports Center last night they said that the Mets' Bernard Gilkey was both Master of His Domain, and Lord of the Manor after hitting 2 home runs. Then they said that the fans were going to throw Clark Bars onto the field.
Just thought that it was interesting.
Sportscenter has even gone as far as picturing Jason Alexander and referencing his suggestion for new Yankee uniforms.

Unless you are from Oregon, you wouldn't have seen this Seinfeld reference, but about a week ago, the sportscaster on a local sation here made reference to Seinfeld as well.
He was discussing the baseball scores for that day and he said
George Costanza came out of the front office to help out the Yankees but they still lost.
Seinfeld is popular everywhere from national broadcasts to local ones it seems:)

I noticed that also. It seems to be Rece Davis, the greatest sportscenter host ever, that has used the Seinfeld phrases. It started after the Soup Nazi Episode was rebroadcast in March. Since then, every time someone gets stopped defensively, he yells, "NO SOUP FOR YOU!!!!!!!!!" That phrase is currently #2 on the all-time sportscenter phrase poll. He started using the "lord of the manor" and "master of his domain" after the Contest was broadcast in syndication. He also throws in a few O'Henry Candy Bar references here and there.
